Our Cleaning Methods

The methods that we use at Stay Clean Services when cleaning your carpets, upholstery or rugs are dependant on the types of fibres and fabrics we are asked to clean.

The most commonly used cleaning method is what is known as Hot Water Extraction (HWE) and is often wrongly reffered to as steam cleaning. During the cleaning process we normally clean at quite low temperatures, thereby removing the risk of damage that can occur when using high temperatures, which many other carpet cleaning systems use.

Carpets and upholstery are pre-treated with our advanced eco-friendly pre-sprays which break down the soil bonding, then warm water is used to rinse and extract the dirt and soil. As we do not use detergents or shampoos at any stage during the cleaning process there are no re-soiling residues left behind in your furnishings. Our eco-friendly, safe organic solutions simply bio-degrade and leave no re-soiling residues behind in your carpet or upholstery, thereby allowing you to longer between cleans.

Drying times will vary enormously dependant on carpet fibre content and fabric similarly, and drying times are dictated by the level of soiling and amount of water we need to use to remove this soil. You will see many carpet cleaners claiming to have carpets dry within 1 hour, sadly this is a MYTH and will only occur in vary rare instances, the truth is this can be anywhere between 2-3 hours or even longer dependant on conditions.

Stay Clean Services are commited to providing safe, organic cleaning with our eco-friendly carpet cleaning services and our results speak for themselves.
